Reporting to the Customer and Field Support Manager and Team Leader this role will be an essential role responsible for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for supporting our client Sky, our Customers and our Engineers in the field by successfully dealing with their requests whilst delivering a great customer journey
You will also need to achieve the business and team KPI’s which may include; Call quality measures for calls, idle time, and unavailable time. These targets can vary depending on business needs and drivers; these will be given to you by your Team Leader / Manager.
Working Hours: Varies between 8am- 5pm; 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.
Monday to Saturday on a five day rota, you will receive a lieu day during the week if you work a Saturday.
The successful applicant must possess the following Essential Criteria:
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent organisational skills
•Ability to prioritise
•A customer focused orientation
Although not essential it would be advantageous if the successful candidate possessed the following:
·Previous relevant experience in customer services
·A clean CRB will also be required for the role;
·Overtime may be required on occasions.
